Had to change my delivery address. I have phoned 4 times, each person saying they have changed the delivery address, yet the courier services know nothing about it. Sent an email- no reply. Phoned again spoke to Sabrina who said she would email me - still waiting for a reply. Last time I am ordering from Loot.
