BOIKOT LOOT!!

BOIKOT LOOT!! If it was possible, they will receive minus ZERO stars. LOOT is the worst online company in S.A. Please DO NOT do business with them. The absolute lack of client service and staff incompetence is shocking. We've placed an order early February 2023 for 2 x 3 drawer Addis units, and they were only received +- 2 weeks later. One item was badly damaged as it was poorly packed. It was immediately reported, but these people don't react to emails and there is no contact tel no! After MANY emails with proof, insisting that they collect the damaged item, a courier was sent to collect. They acknowledged receipt of it, and a week thereafter we received an empty promise of replacing it. Shortly thereafter we received another email with a bill to pay for the item! How the hell do these *****s stay in business???The item was already paid for, duh!!! We're still waiting! No emails, just dead silence. AVOID these ****ners at all cost to save yourself a lot of frustration, time and money. We are definitely NOT accepting this matter and will take it further with our attorneys. Companies like this need to be put out of business. BOIKOT LOOT!!!
