Biggest mistake I've ever made

Had ordered a product from them just after christmas and have waited weeks just for them to tell me the product was no longer in stock. They happily refunded me on the site itself, however ive asked for my money back many many many many many times and have yet to respond. Appalling service, and I just wish I had read these reviews before ordering through bid or buy. Never had such a terrible shopping experience.
