Beware! Money ****** out of my Bank account from loot.co.za

It seems that I was also the vicitm of theft from Loot.co.za, having ordered items from them on 10 September 2020 and having paid R494. Only two have the amount deducted from my card again on 12 September 2020. I have never had issues in the past as I have ordered before a couple of times. This is ******** and I consider this theft. I have sent numerous e mails. No response. Not sure if they will respond. It seems that they have no care attitude and just wants to ***** a person's money. I am disgusted with what has happened to me and I want to warn other people. Rather use Takealot, their service is much more trustworthy, they even supply an OTP pin. Loot just deducts, I thought it was convenient, but it seems that this is just a way for them to keep your bank details saved to ***** from you. I am not even sure if I cancel my order if I would receive my full refund. I trusted them with my details and yet they stole my money out of my bank account. I regret having bought from them and won't be supporting them going forward. Takealot at least has the decency to answer your mails. What a ****py online supplier!
