Beware lies empty promises false information

Been a customer since 2014 but loot today you lost me as a customer i can't believe you guys would do this to a loyal customer yesterday morning I placed a order at 6 am and I did even pay extra for priority shipping so that I could get the ps4 game by tomorrow the 16th even during check out it showed the item would be shiped today the 15th so i was ok with it to my shocking surprise you guys didn't ship.it out today as promised what was the ues of me paying so much for shipping and you guys don't do a basic thing I'm so upset because I don't have a b day gift for my brother now and he really wanted this game I always supported loot and the fact that I could of gotten this game for cheaper at takealot but stll did choose loot and you guys let me down your agents could not even help let I was just told.lie after lie I wil never ues this company again you lost a very loyal customer today and to think I as specially ordered it a day before at 6am because I wanted it to be shipped today and I did pay extra for the overnight shipping to.get it tomorrow because it was urgent even in the confirmation email it said it would be shiped out today instead it wasn't and is stuck on a Status: Packed, waiting to be shipped I'm shocked at this I never had such horrble service before and your agents lie and say its been shiped yet FedEx Confirmed tey didn't get I can't believe you look now I have to send more money to buy a last minute gift thanks a lot for ruining my brothers birthday whats the point of ordering early a day before yet the promise dispatch date is not honoured what was the point of paying so much for priority courier I am very disappointed because he really was extremely excited to get hes game tomorrow now.i have to see hes disappointed look all because of loot this was my.last order think you a lot loot you just lost a loyal customer order JWLJ-321-B480 And I will make sure everyone knows about this so that someone else don't end up.in this Predicament And I know for sure you guys wil.most likely not even have a reasonable resolution to this I'll stick to raru and takealot at least I didn't have problems like this with them I'm very disappointed a company I've been doing business with all.the years let's me.down wow loot won't see me again
