I had an item ordered at the last minute - it was a gift and I needed it before a certain date. It had to be shipped from the UK and the website stated it would take upto 3 weeks to reach me. I contacted Loot and spoke to a friendly chap who was more than helpful. He changed my delivery to express courier and I have the delivery scheduled for today - a week earlier than initially promised. I am in awe of your urgency.
