Becareful of Loot Referral program

Loot advertises that if you refer a person to them, once they have placed an order you will receive the voucher. Which apparently is not true as I referred someone to their website and they bought a gift voucher as a Christmas present and Loot is not standing by their referral system as they say it technically wasn't an order placed. It does not state in their terms and conditions that you have to buy a product and not a voucher, even though it is still going tobe used on their site. I think this is very bad service and they don't stand by what they advertise. And I will no longer be supporting their organization as the manager didn't really seem interested in the points that I made with regards to the terms and conditions. Customer service doesn't seem to mean much these days, easy come, easy go.
