Bad support on Faulty phone

Ordered 4 identical Samsung J7 Pro phones in November at a cost of R5200 each, and 1 was faulty out of the box. - Continuous resetting and freezing. The item was returned withing a week. It is 30 Jan today, and after several phone calls I have still not received a replacement device after almost 2 months. Loot is quick to deliver, but don't expect support if they ship you a junk.
