Bad service from Loot.co.za

I ordered a fridge and a microwave from Loot on 20 May 2020 and they promised to deliver it on 01 June 2020. They then changed the delivery date to 09 June 2020 and this date also came and went and no items were delivered. I tried calling them but they are not answering their phones and you just get a messaging service. I have sent numerous emails and messages via Facebook messenger but no response are received from this company. It is now 12 June 2020 and I still have not received any of the items that I have ordered. I just want to inform people to not deal with this company as there customer service is pathetic. They are quick to take your money but cannot provide a proper service and they are using the current Covid 19 pademic as an excuse for there bad service. I dealt with Takealot during the same period that I placed orders on Loot and Takealot was alot better as they delivered on the dates that they promised. Loot is a pathetic company and people should not deal with them.
