Bad service from Loot

Disappointed with the customer service team at Loot. Purchased a Numberblocks colouring activity book for my son as part of a gift for him and received it damaged took photos and sent it through. I cannot return the item as my child already used it thereafter. Now Loot cannot offer Atleast a voucher to compensate for the condition of the item. Will not be shopping at Loot going further and will definitely not be referring them.
