bad service from Loot

I recently ordered a book from loot. I was late to pick it up and the delivery man could not even wait 5 minutes for me to fetch it. I wonder what has happened to customer service? I was extremely disappointed. I wonder what the process is now do they reimburse me or do I lose the book and money? There was no clarity in communication. All I was clear about is that the driver wanted to knock off.
