Bad service delivery.

Avoid this company at all costs. They do not respond to your email queries and give you all kinds of excuses and promises when you phone. They have been sitting with my money for 2 months now on books that I have ordered. One of the books is published in South Africa so there can be no excuse of the shipping delay.
