Bad Service delivery

I bought a weather station in December 2017 from the online company Loot.co.za. The product was faulty. It was a whole issue to send it back to them and since then I do not have the product or my money. To get feedback from them is also always an story and they keep on telling me they are waiting for a respond from the supplier. I feel ******. This is know two months later and still no respond.
