Bad Service

I bought a new phone, the phone isn't working correctly, which isn't loots fault. I'm just so disappointed firstly they delivered it late after I kept phoning and asking them whats happening why are they not delivering my phone. Now I'm trying to return it, but their return department only works from 9 - 4 but they might help me within the next 72 hours, this is unacceptable!!
