Bad service and unresolved issues with Loot.co.za

Dismal service and after sales customer care from Loot.co.za Package was send to incorrect delivery address then eventually returned to Loot warehouse. Then Loot had the nerve to charge me a delivery fee to send the package again to the same incorrect package address. I refused to pay the delivery fee to incorrect address and requested courier to the correct address which I was willing to pay for. Correspondence and feedback from support was terrible and eventually I received a mail notification that the order was cancelled because I did not pay the delivery fee?
