Bad service and unnecessary charges

Avoid using Loot - ordered an item and when it arrived it is terrible quality. Logged a return (had to follow up a few times) and they charge you R50 to collect the item (Takealot doesn't charge you) and 15% fee because the packaging was open (Takealot doesn't charge you). Avoid.
