bad service and query management.

I will not advise anyone to buy off loot. My sister and myself purchase fridge and microwave on the 19 May 2020, site indicated week for microwave delivery and 17 days for fridge. we received the fridge on the 03 July after numerous emails with slow response. Microwave still not delivered, on the 07 we receive email stating that they cannot deliver microwave because supplier don't have stock. and on top of it refund money to closed account. once again can't get loot on there telephone and when you mail you wait days for response, just to fine out you have more unanswered questions when they respond, no microwave and know money. I will never purchase anything ever again on loot. pathetic service.
