Bad service and always out of stock after payment was received

I have ordered twice from Loot every time they took my money and later on cancelled the order said product out of stock and credit my account. I never got any notification from them that order was cancelled only when I locked into Loot to track order I saw it was cancelled.

They never answer their phones
