BAD SERVICE (ACTUALLY NO SERVICE) RECEIVED FROM LOOT.CO.ZA

Ordered shelving on 18 May which was delivered on 29 May. When I opened the box on Saturday, 30 May 2 of the main posts was damaged, which meant that I couldn't complete the installation. I took pictures and emailed my complaint through on 30 May, with absolutely no feedback from Loot since - even warned them that I would log a complaint on HelloPeter but that made no difference at all. Online shopping experience from hell!
