Bad Service

On the 23rd of May I ordered a book from Loot, more than 2 months later I still have not received it. They keep telling me it's been dispatched but nothing. I've tried cancelling the order but they keep telling me it's dispatched. No assistance, no book, no nothing. I will never buy from them again, that is for sure
