Bad service

I have purchased a dog mattress and it is supposed to be a hard to chew through mattress that comes with a 90 day warranty should my dog chew through it. It is more expensive than most dog mattresses and I had to wait very long for it to be delivered. My dog chewed through it just a few days after receiving it. I have logged a return and it has been nearly a month later since I logged the return and the mattress has not been collected and I have not received a refund. I sent pictures and was told they will contact the supplier. Since then my emails are being ignored and I will never again buy from Loot. Absolutely terrible service!!
