Bad service

Trying to return a faulty toner cartridge. Requested return of item on 9/2/2023. Loot requested certain documents and photos on 14/2/2023 which we rep**** on the same day. As at 2/3/2023 still waiting for a response from Loot. Ticket no generated by Loot is: ticket "207449 Loot Return - Order YWFL-390-B8A0

Also requested return of another faulty toner cartridge on 14/2/2023. No response from Loot even if their email reply reads: Someone from our customer service team will review it and respond shortly. As at 2/3/2023 still waiting for a response from Loot
