Bad Service

Good day

I ordered a parcel from Loot.co.za, it was supposed to be delivered on 25/07/2019 or 26/07/2019, today is the 31st of July 2019 and I have not received my parcel. I got an email from Loot stating that the delivery van was in an accident so there is a delay and someone will contact me shortly to advise when the package will be delivered, to date no contact received. I contacted their customer service department via email to inquire about the parcel but the agent Alana was unhelpful and could not provide me with any assistance.

I would like a resolution to this ASAP as the parcel is a textbook I ordered and I need it ASAP because I have assignments to complete.
