BAD SERVICE

I bought a Mellerware Robot 800 stick blender through Loot.co.za. I have used it a few times and then all of a sudden the chopper doesn't want to work properly. I have sent it back to Loot to be refunded, as the blender is still under warranty, but they sent me an email to tell me their supplier/technical expert tested the blender and has found that the blender is in a working condition and I have to pay R60 delivery fee to get the unit back. I even made a video that shows clearly that the chopper does not work properly and sent it to them and asked them to send me the test report from their supplier/technical expert. They did not reply on my e-mail. People think twice before you order through Loot.co.za as if the product is faulty, you will not get your money back, in fact it will cost you money to get the faulty item back! Their service is shocking!
