Bad service

<p>I bought a kettle . Stopped working . Logged a complain on the 6 th of July today is the 11 th of July . Haven't had a response to date from them . Called them twice . No one gets back to you . Think twice before you buy from loot . There customer service is very bad . Hats of to take a lot . Never had problems with them ever . </p>
