Bad pathetic service

I ordered a microwave 10th may received confirmation that I will receive it 10th June due to lockdown which I understood today is the 18th June no communication at all from loot worse service ever I sent several emails no acknowledgment but my item has been paid for, I would like to know when I will be getting my microwave if I knew this was going to be such a mission I would give my sale to another retail, I would like to hear from a staff member or someone from loot ASAP.
