Bad Delivery Service from Loot.co.za

We ordered and paid a Bosh Upright Fridge from Loot.co.za for the amount of R10999 on 25 January 2023. Their delivery date would be between 10 and 16 February. My daughter ordered a lot of organic fruit and vegetable for her husband with cancer for which reason the fridge was bought. Then the delivery date was postponed to 16 February 2023 and the delivery time between 08:00 and 10:30. In the meanwhile we have spoken today with Gerhard, Ebrahim, Pumi & Sabrina. However, nobody could help us with an answer when it will be delivered or who the couriers are. This is ridiculous! I have also sent them an e-mail because it was difficult to speak to them on the phone. How bad can service be!
