BAD BAD SERVICE

So on the 30/08/2019 I placed an order with Loot and estimated date of deliverey stated 03/09/19 - 05/09/19. Today is the 09/09/19 and I am yet to receive my package.

Called the call centre to enquire, accoriding to the consultant, it was uspposed to be dispatched a week ago. So what's the action plan for me to get my package, seeing that is now going on 2 weeks? The response was, "the package wil be dispatched today and hopefully you will get it on Friday.."

Absolutely unacceptable. It's like the fault is not with Loot and there is just no urgency for the package to be sent out so that I sont have to wait another 100 years.

Never buying anything from Lott ever again!
