Awaiting refund
I bought a karaoke polaroid music box. On the day it arrived we logged a return for a refund. The Mike did not work. They collected it 2 days later. Received one email stating that it's with the technical department. Since I have sent several emails and no response. It's been a month now. Still awaiting my refund. They don't accept phone calls. Very disappointing. I would appreciate a full refund.

04 Aug 2020, 07:31I returned the karaoke box on 10 June 2020, several emails later, I finally received a refund on 04 August 2020. 2 months later, grateful that this is finally resolved.
