Avoid Loot.co.za

I have ordered a product from www.loot.co.za and have paid fully for it in March 2020 already. Up to date I have not recieved the product. After numerous enquiries I was told that the product was not paid for which is utter nonsense product was paid for in full. Even after sending them proof of payment being made they said they will forward it to the finance department whatever that might mean. To date no product no feedback no refund.

Please avoid and in future I will not support them and if somebody asks I will tell them to avoid all together.

I have been patient for a long time. All I want now is my money back and leave them in my rear view mirror.
