AVOID! Horrible after sales service

I returned a faulty wireless headset, two months later, and I still do not have a replacement. They promised me on the 17th of March that the replacement was being shipped, nothing has arrived. I only get notifications that they are receiving my replies, but they do not contact me. Their support is horrible. I'm sure Loot is not reading this or care much, but should they be reading this, the order number is: MGYN-377-B150
