Appalling turnaround time from Loot.co.za

Absolutely shocking turnaround time!!! I placed an order as a gift for my wife on 18 September for her birthday. I have just received my 3rd delay email stating I will get mmy order on 21st October!!!! This is if I'm lucky as previous 3 emails stated I would receive the order at 3 earlier dates!!! Totally unacceptable to wait more than a month for an order!! I will be using takealot from now on
