Appalling service. Is www.loot.co.za even in business any more?
I placed an order on 22nd April 2020. Delivery date for order was 19th May 2020. Loot is an on-line computerised company. I've ordered from them for years. They always prenotify late deliveries. But not this time. I have mailed twice. Both times I got auto responses. I have called. No response. At this stage, I don't even know if they are in business any more. Patience, you might say? No! I have ordered from two other online shops in the interim and both experiences have been exemplary. Loot, really. Get back in the game or get out. People don't want what is rapidly deteriorating into ****py serivce.

03 Jun 2020, 15:29Loot did get back to me. They have delivered half the order. I get that supply chains have been broken during these lockdowns. I do not see that as an excuse not to keep the customer informed. Anyway, because they have now delivered half the order, I'll give them one extra star. Final delivery, if timeous, will get a third star. No way after this will I restore all-stars. Oops. Can't change stars. Hey, life goes on.
