Appalling Service from Loot.co.za

Appalling Service from Loot.co.za I have received so far. As a first-time customer I'm really shocked I placed an order on the 8th of July 2020 with Loot.co.za and it stated on the item (In stock. We should be able to ship within 24 hours) Its now the 20th of July 2020 and only received my order now, I've sent countless emails and DM'S on their Facebook and waiting forever for a response from them they can only apologies and give excuses why my order is taking so long. I do understand with this COVID19 everything has gone haywire, but there is no excuse for bad customer service!!!! They are quick to take your money and making promises that they don't keep.
