Appalling service

<p>I ordered a few items from loot.co.za that was to be delivered in about 15 days, a month later I was still waiting! I eventually cancelled the order and they assured me that they would refund my money in 2 days, a week later and I'm still waiting! Considering that this was my 1st time buying from them, it feels as though they couldnt care less whether I bought from them again. Don't worry loot.co.as, I won't!!! </p>
