Appalling beyond words

Unfortunately, there is no function to allocate zero stars. Loot has been appalling. I have waited for nearly two years for feedback, and refund, on a return I lodged with them shortly after getting the item in question. They claimed in March 2021 that they were "requesting further information from our suppliers and will get back to you as soon as possible". Now, twenty two months later, they say "due to the time passed on this order, we are not able to accept the return of this item", despite the delay having been entirely Loot's fault and the request for return having been timeously lodged by me.
