appalling

<p>Worst service ever. Placed the order AND paid around 20 October and it's now 7 December and still no delivery. Some riduclous excuse that Fedex couldn't deliver. I've asked for a refund and was told it would take 3 months to refund to my credit card. Pathetic service. Don't waste your money.</p>
