Annoyed Buyer

I have been struggling to get these guys to respond to my emails. I have been dealing with a Channon from the returns dept.

I have logged a return for my brand new Lenovo laptop. The laptop was picked up a week later with no notification hereof, no notification of the next step, or when the laptop reached its return destination. No one responds to my emails and questions.

What kind of service is this? I have received no updates at all.
