Angry customer

Furious customer loot is the worst online shop i have ever shop on i placed my order on the 30 of August it was loose beads snd elastic after 19 day of waiting for my order they sent me teo emails 1 saying the beads are out of stock and the other 1 saying my ealastic is out for delivery how stupid is that why tell me they are out of stock after 19 days of waiting and where do they get the nerve to send me elastic what will i do with the elastic without beads,i called them after receiving the email and ask them to cancel the elastic as well the call centre lady said the y cant cancel im late to cancel but it was immediately after i got the email saying my beads are of of stock thr told me to reject the parcel from the driver they told me they will refund me my elastic money and the delivery fee the same way i paid which was payflex now im getting messages saying only elastic money was credited to mu loot account not payflex what will i do whith the credit money because the is no way i will order on loot again please refund my money you have very poor customer service 🙄
