Ref [## 16357 ##] Bbwp310b560 I would like to sing the praises of one Chantal at Loot.co.za returns department. I ordered some vacuum seal bags from loot. It was advertised as 2 rolls. When the item arrived, it arrived with 1 roll. I called the help desk and spoke to Linden who promised to help me. He got back to me promptly enough and said the supply will investigate. I never hear from him again. I called back and spoke to Amy who also promised to get back to me. Never did. My wife called and spoke to Lowethu who proceeded to tell her that I initial item needs to be returned. This after 2 weeks have passed not having any feedback. I called the next day and spoke to Chantal in the returns department. She having heard the issue said she will call me back the next day and said she would sort the matter out. She called me back the next day and having sorted the issue out said that they will send me the other roll. I received it promptly. We had spoken to 3 people before this who could not help us and worst still just ignored the fact that we were waiting for an item that we paid for and not having received it. What makes Chantal different since she works for the same company with the same resources to deal with the issue. The difference is a genuine concern for the client! This means she truly is an asset to the company cause my next step was to send Loot a letter from my lawyer and give Loot.co.za a bad rating on Hello Peter. Loot should commend this employee.
