Amazing service Amazing person

I placed on online order for a Lenovo Thinkpad and when it came to payment I was going to use Diners which was not a secured payment method. I called in to avoid a delay as it was a present for my sons 21st. I spoke to Martin - he processed the payment telephonically and undertook to do what he can to get the Thinkpad to me by the 1st September. He said he would keep an eye on it. Well he certainly did. I also subsequently on the 23rd ordered a bag for the Thinkpad and they both arrived this morning - 26 August 2015. Martin thank you so much for expediting the delivery of the Thinkpad - amazing service from an amazing person. I have also been hesitant to order anything online but I will definitely use Loot.coza again you have changed my mindset on online ordering. Thanks. Caren
