Advertising product specs other than what is available

I bought 2 Asus 2 in 1 laptops on the Black Friday special. Intended as birthday and Christmas gifts for my 2 children. Immediately after purchase contacted the call centre and notified them that I wasn't able to specify colours. They said they would call back... Well I had to resort to the use of Twitter. And was told that only Grey was available, that was the only colour the supplier had. Now keep in mind that their website showed the different colours available for weeks until I told them to fix it.

The sorry-not-sorry attitude is disgraceful! If you said tou had the colours available, and the customer paid for it, source the product from a different supplier.
