Academic book not delivered and still waiting order no JNKV-419-B480

I have ordered an academic book on 03 July 2024. The expected delivery date on the order was 25 July 2024. I received an e-mail on 24 July stating that the order is delayed i should expect it on 06 August. On 07 August they send an e-mail stating that i should expect delivery on 20th August which i still have not received. I Kept on saying that this is an academic book and i needed it to write exams on 16 August and they promised me to tract the order and ship to me before the time. I don't know when will i receive the book, because by the time i receive it i will not use it, since i could have ordered the book from other suppliers if they provided the correct estimated dates. When i asked what i will do with the book they mentioned that the supplier had invoiced them already and it was on its way. I feel disappointed and ******, that I will get the book later and it won't serve its purpose.
