ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND PATHETIC NON EXISTENT SERVICE

I don't even want to give 1 star as fuming as I am right now. This is the second time this company has disappointed me and the LAST time I order with them. I placed an order Thursday the 1st of July, the evening late items that showed in stock and to be shipped in 24 hours, before completion of order showed will be delivered between 5 and 7 July, I am going away the 8th and this is a gift I have to take with me. ONLY reason I went ahead with this order. Tuesday the 6th early morning I logged a query as this item still showed 'being packed' on the site. I stated I needed this delivered as per the order and received a log and someone will get in contact. The 7th I had to phone as still no feedback, only to be told there is a backlog and nothing can be done. I have tried phoning numerous times and the phone rings for 8 minutes not being answered. I get ZERO co-operation. Eventually received email stating order is shipped from warehouse today, with NO indication of when delivery will take place. I rep**** (as phoning doesn't work) only to get a reply stating order will not be delivered today. NOT ANY what can we do to assist, doesn't seem to matter I will be away and unable to receive parcel at this address, no solution from them WHATSOEVER. Still no idea when delivery is scheduled in that mail - ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND PATHETIC NON EXISTENT SERVICE
