Absolutely horrible service

Placed an order with Loot on 26/05/2020, delivery date stated 10/06/2020.

We are already on 12/06/2020 and 2 emails and a Facebook message in, and still NOTHING, not even a response....

Horrible service, no wonder people use Takealot instead, at least they are reliable.
