Absolutely disgusting customer service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a tablet in August 2019. In Feb 2020 the battery packed up. Returned it to Loot but they couldn't find a fault so returned it to us. I took a video showing that the tablet is not working and they just don't care. No refund, no credit, no working tablet. And no telephonic communication. Disgusted!
