Absolutely BAD Service

I placed an order for Pet medication on the 17th of June. I was told that delivery would be on the 2nd of July. The 2nd of July came and gone. NO word from Loot that there would be a late delivery. Only after I mailed them (please note the contact no does not work) I was told that due to the Corona Virus they have a back log. The next delivery date would be the 9th of July. Well, it is the 10th of July. I have not received ANY communication from them wrt my delivery. Please DO NOT USE THEM. They are really pathetic. They are good to take your money, but managing orders, they cannot do that. Now I ask, why can Takealot deliver, but Loot not????? Poor management!!!!! I would like my money bac****!!!!!
