I would never advice anyone to buy from Loot. They customer service people are so rude. I placed an order, made payment online using my card. My order was confirmed but only later to receive a message the they can't deliver cause I'm owing them R50. I requested for the order to be cancelled, till today I can't get my refund. They keep on telling me that my order was cancelled. I will get my refund, if don't receive it i must call. When I call they tell me exactly the same thing.
