A poor imitation to Takealot

Ordered two laptop hard drives on 20 June, then I waited until 5 July for the items to ship. The package I received did not contain the drives I ordered but rather two DVD's. I logged a query and was then told to wait while it was investigated. I had to wait for confirmation that the order was incorrect (as if I don't know what I ordered). Then I had to wait again for a courier to collect the items. Now I'm waiting again to get my money back. It's coming up to a month and I don't have the items I ordered (I'm told they are no longer available) so I need to source them elsewhere but LOOT is still holding my money!
