A bit dissapointed

Ordered an item from them last month, which they said was due to arrive 6 May. Currently (8th May) there has been no sign of the order. I get that delays are possible and I really don't mind waiting, but why does there have to be a lack of communication? Kinda sucks how your order just doesn't pitch up and loot says nothing.
